Zebra crossing and traffic calming measures approved for Drayton

There will be a new zebra crossing on the B4017 following a county council decision.

Oxfordshire County Council’s Cabinet member for Environment, County Councillor Yvonne Constance, approved proposals for the crossing and traffic calming measures on Abingdon Road, Drayton.

The above measures, which also include a junction table, were proposed in conjunction with a new residential development on the east side of the B4017.

Funding for the work has been provided by the developer of land adjacent to the B4017 Abingdon Road.
