Volunteers clear the way for countryside walkers

A short while ago we told you about some great work being done in Oxfordshire’s countryside by volunteers.

There is good work going on all the time to keep things like paths and gates in good order, and here’s the fruits of some recent efforts by South Chilterns Path Maintenance Volunteers on a path that runs from Turners Green in Britwell Salome to Brightwell Upperton.

The pictures show before and after with the weeds having taken a whacking so that walkers get easily get through.
