Travellers set up an unauthorised encampment at Oatlands Road recreation ground, off Ferry Hinksey Road, Oxford. on 25 November.
Oxfordshire County Council and the City Council are hoping to resolve the situation through discussion, while also following the necessary legal process in the event that this is not successful.
