OK, so the 'seal' in the headline is the sealed edge of the resurfaced areas of tarmac rather than a semi-aquatic marine mammal.

However we thought it interesting enough to show you the results of our road repair team's visit to Worcester Road in Chipping Norton as the previously potholed areas are now smooth and flat.
