Return Hearing 9 July 2026 at the High Court

On 23 June, the High Court awarded the Council an interim injunction in relation to the unauthorised placement of flags on highway structures. The Council gives notice that this matter shall be listed for a further hearing on 9 July 2026 at 10.30am at the Royal Courts of Justice, with a time estimate of one hour, when the Court will consider the operation of the injunction.
