Henley footway repaired by county council

A footway in Henley has been rejuvenated thanks to Oxfordshire County Council.

Some of the paths on Blandy Road had deteriorated leaving them looking shabby and potentially dangerous for pedestrians.

Following an inspection the county council decided to resurface a number of stretches in the area to join them up with places where the surface was still in good condition.

Around £18,800 was spent on the work which will hopefully mean that more extensive and expensive repairs will not be needed for years to come.
