Have your say on Upper Arncott safety plan

There’s a chance to have a say over proposals to build a traffic calming feature in Upper Arncott.

Oxfordshire County Council is proposing to construct a kerbed build-out priority feature on Murcott Road, at the south-western end of Upper Arncott to improve safety.

If approved it will be on the western side of Murcott Road, approximately 20 metres south-west of the junction with The Village Close and will narrow the carriageway to a single lane, with priority being given to traffic travelling south-westwards out of Upper Arncott.

Comments on the proposals can be made online via https://consultations.oxfordshire.gov.uk/consult.ti/MurcottRoadTrafficCalming/consultationHome

The consultation closes on 8 September 2017.
