Getting the better of undergrowth in Didcot

Residents in Didcot are enjoying a tidier environment thanks to Oxfordshire County Council and people working through the Community Payback scheme.

The scheme, which sees people who have been given a community sentence by a court, has achieved good results in a number of locations with individuals working hard to clear, weed and tidy local areas.

Most recently teams spent time in the vicinity of Dulas Close and Lea Grove on the Ladygrove estate and Short furlong in Didcot battling undergrowth to make sure paths were passable.
