Oxfordshire County Council 2025 election results confirmed
The 2025 Oxfordshire County Council election count at the Vale of White Horse Leisure Centre in Abingdon has concluded with all 69 seats declared by 5:15pm.
Counting started at 11am on Friday, 2 May after the election on Thursday, 1 May.
The outcome of the election in terms of the political parties is as follows:

Martin Reeves, Chief Executive of Oxfordshire County Council and Returning Officer, said:: “My thanks go to the many people who have worked for several months to make this election run smoothly.
“That includes the people who on Thursday managed the polling stations and those who on Friday were involved in the count – either actually counting votes or in terms of making sure the organisation of the event ran well.
“Countless other people have also contributed along the way and they have all played an invaluable part.
“Councillors elected will now work to form an administration and officers will then work with the new arrangements as they emerge. I welcome and look forward to working with all newly elected councillors.”
The annual meeting of the county council will take place on Tuesday, 20 May.
