By-election in Sutton Courtenay and Marcham

A by-election is set to take place during the summer following the resignation of Councillor Richard Webber who represents Sutton Courtenay and Marcham at Oxfordshire County Council Cllr Webber has resigned for health reasons. 

A notice of vacancy has been published at County Hall and on the Council’s website.  The requisite notice from two local government electors to hold the by-election have also been received.  

The notice of election will be published on Wednesday 15 May, by county council Chief Executive Martin Reeves in his role as Returning Officer, and the election will be held on Thursday, 20 June
