It's customer services week!
National Customer Service Week (7-11 October) is a week-long opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful organisations. Oxfordshire County Council is taking part in the event and when you ring our Contact Centre, our staff will ask you if you would like to take part in a short survey aimed atunderstanding how you feel about the Customer Service we offer. There is no obligation to take part and all your personal details will be treated as confidential - we'd love to hear your views, which will help us improve our customer services!
