High Court Injunction

Following a hearing at the High Court on 9 July, the Court has granted a final injunction in favour of Oxfordshire County Council to prevent unauthorised conduct including abuse and intimidation aimed at staff, contractors and members of the council relating to unauthorised placement of flags on highway structures by named individuals and those affiliated with the group known as Raise the Colours.
