Woodcote road works are a black and white issue

If you have spotted work taking place on Goring Road in Woodcote and wondered what was happening, here's your answer.

The county council's road team are building a zebra crossing which needs a new kerb alignment. They are also resurfacing of carriageway with high friction material and doing some work on the footway. The parish council are paying for the crossing and the county council have covered the maintenance elements.
