Speed limit to be extended and new bus stops created in Kingston Bagpuize
A 30mph speed limit on the A415 Witney Road at the north end of Kingston Bagpuize is to be extended.
Approval has also been granted by Oxfordshire County Council for the creation of two new bus stops and associated clearways on Witney Road (between Faringdon Road and A420) and the narrowing of a section of Oxford Road to provide a footway.
The changes will be made in response to residential developments and funding has been provided by the developer.
The changes were approved by Oxfordshire County Council’s Cabinet Member for Environment, Councillor Yvonne Constance on June 29.
