Lead, inspire and change young people's lives this summer

The National Citizen Service (NCS) programme equips young people (aged 15-17) with skills they cannot learn in the classroom.

Every year it helps young people in the county build skills for work & life while taking on exciting challenges, making new friends and contributing to their community. And for the adults that give up their time to make it happen it's an incredibly rewarding experience.

Work for the National Citizens Service

Summer 2017 is set to be our biggest yet, but we need with 100 seasonal roles available across Oxford and neighbouring towns. Paid opportunities include Team Leaders or Support Workers, and can last from 4 weeks to four months!

Opportunities are also available during October half-term. Our seasonal staff are at the heart of NCS and we’re proud of the thousands of people who motivate, lead and inspire young people on their NCS journey.

The success of NCS wouldn’t be possible without the passion and dedication of our unique staff force so if you want to get involved, find out more here.
