Early Years Pupil Premium Online Application System

Please see the EYPP webpages for more information about the funding process (including guidance notes on how to access the provider back office and a user guide for the application form).

Online Application System

All early education funding providers should have been sent a link to set up an account on the OEYPP system. If you have not received this, please contact eypupilpremium@oxfordshire.gov.uk. Providers can use this system to view the status of children’s applications for the Early Years Pupil Premium so you will know who is eligible for the funding.

Providers can log in to the OEYPP

The application form for EYPP is available online

Please note – all children that have had their eligibility confirmed under the previous spreadsheet system will remain eligible for the funding until the end of the academic year but will not appear in the back office. It is not necessary for you to resubmit their details through the online system as the funding has already been allocated to them on our payment system.

The closing date to apply for the EYPP in the spring term has now passed. Providers should now use the system to apply for the EYPP funding for the summer term.

Frequently asked questions

1. I have not received an account set up email. How do I access the system?

Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot see the email, please email eypupilpremium@oxfordshire.gov.uk and we shall give you further instructions.

2. Can providers make an application for the EYPP on a parent’s behalf?

The application form can be found online. Providers are able to check children’s eligibility on a parent’s behalf if they have permission from the parent to do so. The parental declaration form now contains a space for parents to include the details that providers need to check eligibility on a parent’s behalf. By supplying this information, the parent is giving their consent for providers to apply.

3. Is there any information available to give to parent’s about the EYPP?

Our EYPP webpage has been updated to reflect the new process for confirming eligibility. The webpage contains links to letters and leaflets which you may find useful. The EYPP webpage aimed at parents now links to the application form.
