Double yellows on Water Eaton Lane

Double yellow lines are to be painted to help bring about safer traffic conditions on both sides of Water Eaton Lane at Gosford and Water Eaton.

The lines will be painted on both sides of the road within 25 metres of its junction with Bicester Road.

A formal consultation on the proposal was undertaken between 16 November and 15 December. Funding has been provided by Gosford and Water Eaton Parish Council.

Oxfordshire County Council’s Cabinet Member for Environment and Economy, Councillor Yvonne Constance, approved the proposals at a meeting on February 8.
