Life's a ditch on Reades Lane in Sonning Common thanks to our road maintenance team.

They've dug the drainage channel you see in the pictures to help keep the road surface free from standing water when the heavens open. That makes for a safer journey for travelers and less chance for the water to damage the tarmac.
